R&R move basecamp to Sarasota

Thought we best update the blog with the newest information.

Prior to the pandemic, R&R packed up and moved to Sarasota, Florida on a chance at a unique career opportunity for Ryan. It was a very difficult decision but we finally decided to put aside all the racing, traveling, promoting and coaching to live a bit simpler, a bit slower and see what this new opportunity would bring us.

Then the world went to fashizzle.

We’re doing fine in Florida and lucky for us we’ve had the bikes to keep us from going completely bananas. We’ve ridden many of the popular trail systems within a few hours drive of our new home and quite honestly, we’ve been surprised by what the trail builders have done with the terrain they have. There’s actually more technical riding than we would have thought. And every time we’ve ridden, trail head parking lots are full so it’s been shown to us there are many folks who ride single track for sure. All that to say, maybe when it’s safer to come together as a group, we might find ourselves putting on some clinics in the future.
